Born and raised on our family's farm. Our beef's diet consists of grass, alfalfa, cover crops, crop residue and and some ground corn after weaning.

We charge by the hanging weight - $3.30/ pound 

Custom cut to your liking. A 1/4 share will be roughly 125-150 lbs in take home weight. (Different from the hanging weight) Customer picks up at meat market and pays processing separately.

Unable to fit a 1/4 in your freezer? Ask a friend to split it and get an 1/8! (Both orders must be processed the same)

Looking for a smaller quantity? Pick your favorite cuts and ground beef to bundle them together! (Limited amount of cuts available)
